Breaking the Silence Surrounding Human Trafficking

The MSU School of Criminal Justice and the MSU School of Social Work will be hosting a screening of Break The Chain. This documentary follows two survivors of Human Trafficking, and takes a look at the issue in Michigan and the United States as a whole.

The panelists for this event include:

• Mary Finn – Director & Professor at the School of Criminal Justice
• Amber Kenny-Hinojosa – Detective for the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office
• Mindy Osantowski – Founder of Mommabear A.O.H.
• Laura Swanson – Director and Producer, Break the Chain
• Jane White – Michigan Human Trafficking Task Force

Join us on Thursday April 12th, 2018 at 6:15pm in 145 Communication Arts & Sciences Building on MSU’s Campus to view the movie and take part in a panel discussion.
